Who we are and what we do

The aim of  pcmd.studio is to support agencies and companies wherever strategic advice, creative thinking, project leadership and experience are needed. We work alongside existing teams as a flexible, collaborative partner, or take responsibility for an entire project. We can work behind the scenes or directly with clients, in both advisory and hands-on roles.

As a  studio for live communication, we work with agencies as peers and with companies as a trusted partner.

We understand how agencies operate, the standards they uphold and the responsibility they have to their clients. Depending on the brief, we become an extension of the agency team, deliver specific services or lead complex projects. We work loyally under the agency’s name. Roles, responsibilities and communication channels are agreed openly. The client relationship and overall leadership of the account remain with the agency.

For  companies, we act as a partner connecting internal teams, agencies and specialist providers, while serving as a strategic and operational project office. We develop strategies and concepts, assemble the right teams and guide delivery from the initial idea through to completion. We involve existing partners as readily as specialists from our own network.

Sometimes a project calls for additional experience or capacity. Sometimes it needs independent project leadership. And sometimes it needs a partner to take full responsibility for the concept, planning and delivery.
In each case, we draw on years of experience leading complex large-scale projects, managing clients and teams, and working within corporate structures.
